دور الإعلام الرقمي في توعية المعلمات الفلسطينيات بحقوقهن في التمكين الاقتصادي من منظور تربوي

الملخص

هدف البحث إلى تعرف دور الإعلام الرقمي في توعية المعلمات الفلسطينيات بحقوقهن في التمكين الاقتصادي من منظور تربوي تبعًا لمحاور الدور، وتكونت عينة البحث من (172) معلمة من معلمات محافظة غزّة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت أبرز النتائج حيازة دور الإعلام الرقمي في توعية المعلمات الفلسطينيات بحقوقهن في التمكين الاقتصادي من منظور تربوي على المستوى المتوسط بنسبة (67.6)، ومن توصيات البحث: أن تهتم المؤسسات التربوية ممثلة بوزارة التربية والتعليم بإقامة دورات توعوية للمعلمات الفلسطينيات؛ لتعزيز المقدرة لديهن في إقامة مشاريع تعليمية صغيرة.

abstract

The research aimed to identify the role of digital media in raising awareness among Palestinian female teachers about their rights to economic empowerment from an educational perspective, according to the axes of the role. The research sample consisted of (172) female teachers from the Gaza Governorate. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive analytical method was adopted. The most prominent results showed that the role of digital media in raising awareness among Palestinian female teachers about their rights to economic empowerment from an educational perspective was at the medium level, with a percentage of (67.6). Among the research recommendations: that educational institutions, represented by the Ministry of Education, should be interested in holding awareness courses for Palestinian female teachers to enhance their ability to establish small educational projects
