مراهقو اليوم بين التغيرات البيولوجية والإدمان الرقمي, مقاربة معرفيّة

الملخص

هدف البحث إلى رصد المشكلات الناجمة عن التغيرات التي تطرأ على المراهقين، والكشف عن الأساليب المتبعة لحل مشكلاتهم، وإظهار أوجه المقاربة المعرفية بين مرحلة المراهقة والإدمان الرقمي؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي؛ من أجل توصيف أدبيات الإطار النظري، كذلك تم اعتماد أسلوب تحليل المضمون ؛ من أجل تحليل مضمون الأدبيات، ومناقشتها. وأظهرت أبرز النتائج أوجه المقاربة المعرفية بين مرحلة المراهقة، والإدمان الرقمي المتمثلة بمقاربة التغيرات، ومقاربة الصراع الداخلي، ومقاربة السلوكات السلبية، ومقاربة حالات الانسحاب، كما أشارت أبرز التوصيات الموجهة لأسرة المراهق إلى ضرورة تبني أسلوبًا رقابيًا يعتمد الحوار، والتوجيه بدلاً من المنع، والحرمان.

abstract

The research aimed to monitor the problems resulting from the changes that occur in adolescents, to reveal the methods used to solve their problems, and to show the cognitive similarities between adolescence and digital addiction. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted to describe the literature of the theoretical framework, and the content analysis method was adopted to analyze and discuss the content of the literature. The most prominent findings pointed to aspects of cognitive similarity between adolescence and digital addiction, represented by the approach of changes, the approach of internal conflict, the approach of negative behaviors, and the approach of withdrawal cases. The most prominent recommendations directed to the adolescent’s family also pointed to the need to adopt a supervisory approach based on dialogue and guidance instead of prohibition and deprivation
