الملخص

هدف البحث إلى تعرف المفاهيم المفسرة للخدمة الاجتماعية الرقمية في سياق الخصائص، والأدوات، ونطاقات التدخل، وإلى رصد أخلاقيات الممارسة المهنية في الفضاء الرقمي، وإلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي تحد من عالمية الخدمات الاجتماعية؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي. وكشفت أبرز النتائج عن بعض التجارب الدولية الناجحة في رقمنة الخدمة الاجتماعية مثل: التجربة الإستونية، والتجربة السنغافورية، والتجربة الدنماركية، والتجربة الأسترالية، وأشارت أبرز التوصيات إلى ضرورة تحديث التشريعات، والسياسات المؤسسية بما يتوافق مع المعايير الأخلاقية، وحماية البيانات، وأخلاقيات الممارسة المهنية في الفضاء الرقمي.

abstract

The research aimed to examine the concepts underpinning digital social work in terms of its characteristics, tools, and areas of intervention. It also sought to explore the ethical principles governing professional practice in the digital environment and to identify the challenges that hinder the universal provision of social services. To achieve these objectives, the study employed the descriptive research approach.
The principal findings identified several successful international experiences in the digitalization of social work services, including the Estonian, Singaporean, Danish, and Australian models. Furthermore, the study’s key recommendations highlighted the necessity of updating legislation and institutional policies in accordance with ethical standards and data protection requirements, while ensuring adherence to the ethical principles governing professional social work practice within the digital environment
